2. Startup Journal: This is the Wall Street Journal's “Center for Entreprenuers.” It's a little lofty for the common biz startup person, but it's interesting.
3. Daily Resource for Entreprenuers: INC.com prvides multiple sections with lots of info and startup help for those taking the plunge.
4. Small Business Administration: Here's what the SBA provides for new business owners, but don't count on getting any dollars from these guys.
